Did you ever want to make a rpg or any game where you chose your character but didn't know how to keep them on the next linked level?
Well i got the solution.
All you have to do is to encode it in the score and decode it in the next level link but then you lose player scoring. Because when you get linked to a next level the only thing that can carry over is score.
How do to it:
First of all, if your having a character menu and you want to keep your selected character on the level link you have to make each character worth a value.
Spider-Man = 100 Points
Mario = 200 Points
Sackboy = 300 Points
Bunny = 400 Points
Method 1:
When you chose a character for example Mario, make it activate a tag and once he chose everything he need for your level,that tag + the finishing tag or whatever you'll use will give the score.
Method 2:After selecting a character, you gain a specific amount of score, when you deselect it you lose the same amount of score ( if he ever want to change character )
Next you must set up condition, the emitter will only emit for example Mario if you exactly have 200 points.
Red = 210 Points
Green = 200 Points
After that just make him lose the same amount he gain.
